On the 15th of June 2008, the Cunit Tourist Office was inaugurated, a necessary addition to the town given the high level of seasonal tourism in the summer on its beaches. The town is also seeing a progressive year-on-year increase in tourism during the low season.

The office is open all year round to provide service to both the citizens of Cunit as well as the national and international tourists that visit the town, with fully personalised attention.

The building consists of two parts: on the ground floor is the Tourist Office, and on the second floor is the Department for Tourism and Touristic Promotion. Apart from tourist information services, the office also organises events, publishes restaurant and accommodation guides, reserves the first night’s accommodation, promotes the town, advises the private sector or organises workshops with a variety of themes. By so doing it delivers a global tourism service with all its ramifications.
